Keiretsu Forum and Keiretsu Capital (the exclusive worldwide fund partner of Keiretsu Forum) are ranked as the most active venture investors in the USA.Working at Keiretsu Forum Northwest & Rockies puts you at the center of the innovative entrepreneurs and angel investors creating the latest technologies and products worldwide.The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible to work closely with the leadership team at Keiretsu Forum Northwest and Rockies with a goal to align the HR policies, procedures with the organizations requirements.Job Description HR Business PartnerPosition 2Roles and ResponsibilitiesOnboard and Offboard employees including conducting orientations and exit interviews, and acting as a buddy/mentor to new joiners.Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Work with vendors to drive recruitment and manage referrals.Conducting training and development initiatives.Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover ratesAssist in Payroll functionsWork with vendors to complete background checks and employee eligibility verifications.Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety.Conduct Team Building exercisesMaintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.QualificationsProven experience as an HR GeneralistExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Prior experience using HR software such as ZohoRequest all to spread a word and help the one who need it.
