Job Description

Since then, the brand has grown 20x times in India and has been growing with higher double digit CAGR in last 4 years in-spite of tough market conditions. With extension into various fast-growing categories and channels, the brand which currently has revenue with annual run rate of around 250 Cr, is poised to cross 500 Cr in next three years. Roles and Responsibilities : - This position is an Individual Contributor (IC Role) handling entire employee lifecycle management for PAN India. The role reports to the Business Head & Consumer Care HR Lead in a matrix reporting environment. Incumbent will have to work closely with the leadership team to establish people agenda which underpins and supports the delivery of business goals and drives employee engagement.This role will involve 4 key pillars of HR Business Partnering : - HR Operation : Managing complete employee life cycle, building trusted relationships and on time completion of important employee life cycle milestones.- People Processes : Participate in the development and implementation of human resources processes and programs, including but not limited to new employee assimilation, performance management, employee rewards and recognition and the annual talent reviews, 360 surveys & compensation review process.- Employee Engagement : Handling of routine employee issues including disciplinary matters, grievance handling, change management and counselling. End to end responsibility of executing the engagement calendar for the division.Sensitivity : Internal & Restricted- Learning & Development : Coordinating with various functional heads and identifying training needs and developing learning modules and organize training programs etc. for overall organizational development which will help in the fast growth journey of the business- Employer Branding : Establish Yardley as Entrepreneurial driven fast growth startup with stability of a large Wipro organization, both externally and internally for talent attraction which is the key for next phase of business growth.- Recruitment : End to end Talent Acquisition process for Yardley vacancies from sourcing till offer negotiation & providing a delightful onboarding experience. Skills/Qualifications : - MBA from a good institute, with 4-10 years of experience post-MBA- Strong communication and influencing skills paired with excellent judgment, analytical and conceptual skills.- Ability to work in a matrix reporting structure with good stakeholder management skills- Ability to work across the business and with multiple stakeholders to implement and execute change.- Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries. Key Requirements : - Open to work for 5.5 working days in a week.- Keen to have Hands On HR experience for a highly aggressive, growth-oriented business team structure.- Ability to connect and engage teams across levels and effectively navigate through organization.,
