Job Description

  • Analytical skills - Gathering facts and analyzing data using systematic methods. Reporting on data entry and key metrics. Identifying sources of data and information and learns where to find the most relevant information for solving problems. Maintain wish list of issues and partnering on fixing the issues
  • Process Improvements - Looks for incremental improvements in work processes and resulting in improved quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Looks for ways to eliminate redundancy in processes. Rearranging the steps in a process to facilitate workflow
    • Looks for ways to reduce rework; rework being anything that requires additional effort and attention to fix before the process can be successfully completed. Looks beyond symptoms to uncover root causes of problems
    • Questions the way things have always been done around here to ensure that processes and results
    • Continue to be relevant and add value. At an intermediate/advanced level it may also require you to use process improvement tools and methodologies as per industry standards
  • Work Execution - Ensure Data provided is complete and basic checks on accuracy to be performed as per process
    • Ensure critical requests and escalations are highlighted promptly
    • Working on the Daily BAU reports /Data Integrity reports
    • Liaising with requestors for data related queries / assistance
    • Liaising with Data Quality/ Project team to resolve data quality issues or system glitch
    • Ensure Follow-ups requests are closed to completion
    • Ensure Quality check is completed in a timely manner and with accuracy.
    • Highlight errors promptly and ensure rectification of the same
    • First point of contact for any team queries related to process.
    • Pro-actively identify and report any activity that detracts from the integrity of the process to ensure that standards of excellence are achieved.
    • Support the process and HR colleagues pro-actively within a fast paced environment.
    • Perform and provide root cause analysis on any escalations and issues.
    • Timely management of key activities like Quality Check, Uploads, Error Verification, Duplicate SID resolution, Data Integrity reports
    • Perform audit checks and document findings to monitor teams handling of activities as per agreed / defined process.
    • Identify gaps in SOP and ensure the relevant documented procedures are up-to-date
    • Identify potential issues with manual and automated processes
    • Contribute to key initiatives and project
    • Be compliant with the firms Risk and Compliance policies
  • Processing skills - Analyze and Update High priority/Critical employee personal and job related Transactions/Requests/Worklist failures in PeopleSoft / HCM
Skills/ Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any stream with 5-6 years of experience in HR operations or Shared services operations & processing environment
  • Preferred - Working knowledge on PeopleSoft/ Cloud or other HR applications
  • Preferred - Knowledge of HR Operations or working knowledge of any HR function.
  • Excellent data capturing skills and orientation to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload in a pressurized and deadline driven environment, operating within tight timeframes
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Excel / MS Word and familiarity with email writing
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written & team player skills
  • Open to work in shifts across APAC, EMEA & US hours.
  • Should have a customer centric mindset
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Management
