With a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from the largest in sectors such as media & entertainment, hospitals, construction, hospitality & much more, were looking for techy savvy, fast paced, next generation, enthusiastic minds to join our rapidly growing team.If youre interested in being part of end to end digital transformations of the biggest names in their industry & think you fit the values that drives us, get in touch!Visit us at : https://acmacomputers.com/acma-lifeWe are looking for HR Executive - Recruitments (2 Nos.)A Brief Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for open positions, including leveraging social media and other recruitment platforms.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.Manage candidate communications and provide regular updates on the status of their application.Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, ensuring that all compensation, benefits, and other terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate communications, interview notes, and offer letters.Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet these needs.Skills Required :Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.0.5 -3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing desktop, server and network engineers.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview techniques.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
