Job Description

    HR Generalist [Exp- 3-5Yrs in Retail Industry | CTC - 4.5LPA , Andheri Mumbai forSportswear & Lifestyle Brand Retail Store Chains 82 + Stores in India We, Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd. have an exciting opportunity for one of our clients from the Retail Industry- Sportswear & Lifestyle in India Strong focus on the segment has led to significant growth of the company, having Retail Operations with Online Stores and 82+ Brand Store in India.If you are a Highly Motivated HR professional with the following the destination is right here:Roles and Responsibilities
    1. To Handle HR Generalist activities, recruitment, onboarding, and induction, employee relations, attendance management, leave management, payroll management, statutory compliances, employee engagement activities, exit formalities, and full and final settlements of employees.
    2. Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
    3. Implement and administer employee policies.
    4. Provide high quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
    5. Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
    6. Offer proactive recruiting assistance.
    7. Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.
    8. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
    9. Prepare termination and severance letters.
    10. Train and provide support to HR team member.
    Desired Candidate Profile/Skills -
    • Qualification Any Bachelors degree & MBA / Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Preferred
    • Work Experience At least 3 to 5 years (Industry If Retail Appereal will be great) experience preferred as HR Generalist Role
    • General knowledge of HR laws, practices, and policies
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
