Head of Shared Service Centre leading TA and HR Operations & Analytics.- Manage the Shared Services/HR Operations team (currently a team of 25 people) that delivers exceptional service and drives continuous improvement, whilst remaining aligned to the organisations culture and core values.- Oversee the development of the operations function including strategic vision for the function, oversight of team structure, deliverables, activities and impact.- Drive execution through the build out of an effective framework for processes and technology solutions that will deliver high quality service delivery- This position will report to the Group CHRO and work closely with key stakeholders across organisations.- Lead process improvement initiatives across human capital functional areas to maximize efficiency, optimize service delivery and ensure a high-quality experience for employees- Identifying organisations needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance- Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines- Communicating with external sources, i.e. peer organisations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business- Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the businessQualifications:MBA from a premier B-School with 15 years of experience.,
