Job Description

Designation: HR Operations Specialist Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Exp: 1-5 Years Shift Timings: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM (Drop facility will be provided) Responsibilities: AskHR Services:

  • Answer incoming call center inquiries and emails from employees regarding Payroll, Employee Self-Serve Portal, Benefits, as well as company and HR related policies, in a call center environment.
  • Provide high degree of customer service to employees through accurate, consistent, and timely responses regarding HR related issues with the goal to solve the question or issue at the first initial contact.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using relatively thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures, HR systems, and internal HR processes.
Talent acquisition coordinator:
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates on behalf of Recruiters and Hiring Managers, and escalate scheduling challenges to Recruiters.
  • Conduct reference checks in a timely manner, probing appropriately. Review comments with applicable recruiter, highlighting any points of concern.
  • Collect and review new hire documentation from candidates, ensure relevant documents are submitted to Payroll to facilitate onboarding activities in a timely manner.
  • Update the ATS on a regular basis to ensure Job Descriptions, applicant status, comments, and notes etc. are current.
Training Coordination
  • Liaise with corporate HR and site Training representatives to establish, maintain and monitor Training Plans, including their periodic review for jobs and org units.
  • Troubleshoot module specific issues, business and regulatory processes impact and partner with area users to solution.
  • Work with business in meeting training needs through the maintenance of training records, investigation of training plan discrepancies and generation of customized and standard SAP reports.
  • Provide guidance to local users on SAP HR T&E master data and interrelated processes, including Training Plans, jobs, etc.
  • Liase with Enterprise superuser/Application SME on system issues and participate in any update meetings on process and technology changes
Performance Management
  • Generate standard performance management cycle reports from SuccessFactors and liaise with employees globally on completion status
  • Collaborate with Performance Management Process Owner and Application SME on any pending or escalated issues or opportunities identified
