Within the HR Global Employee Servicing Digital Team, there is a significant effort underway to optimize the firm s use of the Oracle HCM platform. Launched in mid-2020, the function is pivoting from implementing the platform to maximizing its capabilities, particularly within the Core Employee Data module.Responsibilities include:Participating as an active member of a Scrum Team, practicing Agile methodologyAccountable for user story ownership from creation to closureLead testing activities and partner with technology for appropriate solutionsPartnering with the business readiness team on various stakeholder-facing initiatives, such as: reviewing training, validating job aids and other change collateral, and reviewing knowledge management contentIdentifying and escalating potential roadblocks for delivery, through comprehensive user acceptance testingWorking through remediation of production issues, coordinating across the impacted stakeholders and the technology teamParticipating in aligned activities that may include but not limited to conversion, testing, change management, integration, etc.Preparing project documents and communication planReview, process change documents, SOPs, etc.Communicate clear messages and priorities to guide and motivate others; cascades communications to team partnersSupport employee and operational readiness for the projectAnticipate, minimize and manage risk while improving efficiencies and employee experienceBalance client/customer needs and best interests with those of the firm, while driving a strong control frameworkA successful candidate will:Have prior experience participating in either implementing or stabilizing cloud-based systemsHave participated in complex projects with global, cross-functional impactsAbility to establish strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholdersBe able to work independently and deliver results efficiently while adapting to shifting prioritiesBe adept at using data and metrics to tell a storyHave demonstrated problem solving skillsBe a relentless advocate for the employee experience Ability to logically think through situations, end to end (even though limited subject expertise), connect the dots and recommend appropriate approachQualifications:Graduate with 6 - 8 years of experience in managing complex projects with global, cross-LOB impactsExperience in driving or partnering on change management effortsExperience in PeopleSoft, HCM Cloud, Agile methodologies and HR and Reporting applications is a plusExperience with any or all of the following: process mapping and research, process optimization, gaining stakeholder buy-inExperience in an agile environment with either a business aligned or technical teamAble to accept responsibilities and operate outside of individual comfort zoneAble to work under strict deadlines with flexible working hours, including support of global time zones and weekend releasesDemonstrate strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office technical skills, including proficient use of Excel, Word, and PowerPointPossess a strong sense of intellectual curiosityOperational control-minded,
