• Experience and understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, design, and architecture.
• Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs to develop technology roadmap
• Prioritize project teams comprising of cross-functional professionals across teams and vendors, based on budget, scope and timeline
• Lead daily execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams. Handle procurement and onboarding process
• Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
• Lead project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
• Handle partner communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives
• Track project outcomes realization and customer happiness levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected
• Experience in building and managing a team and project resources as well as become a focal point to ensure the team gets the right direction to meet project achievements
• Experience in preparing project plan, budget, key communication templates and leading communication both upward and downward
• Experience in managing and overseeing project delivery documents such as system requirements, design, and implementation guides, runbooks, user guides, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Who you are

• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering or 7-9 years of IT technical experience
• 3-5 years of proven experience in planning and executing IAM projects leading cross functional initiatives globally
• Validated experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization. PMP or Prince2 Certification highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and coordinate teams to attain shared goals. Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
• Strong teammate who collaborates well with others to seek problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
• Validated experience with various project management tools like Aha, Smartsheet, MS-Project, etc. Exposure to agile methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve problems working in collaboration with multiple teams and individuals in reaching organizational goals
• Knowledgeable on key IAM concepts (Identity Lifecycle, Roles, SOD, workflow development, birthright access, privilege access etc.)
• At least 2-3 years experience with any IAM tools such as Sailpoint, CA Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Saviynt, Cyberark
• Management of project delivery and leading SIT/UAT testing, production rollout and post-production support
• Ability to work in highly dynamic project teams, proactive, facilitation, coordination, and negotiation skills
