Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibility

  • Prepare all pre & post document of Export Custom clearance documents, like as preparation of bill of entry Checklist, Shipping bill checklist, online filling bill of entry and shipping bill, scrutiny of all the documents, Classification of the import goods, checking proper duty structure etc.
  • Follow up with shipping line taking Freight Rates, arrival details, shipping line charges etc.
  • Follow up for arrival of container in CFS and payments.
  • Coordination with field staff for clearance.
  • Clearance of goods under Drawback / MEIS Scheme etc.
  • Keeping track of Import Shipments-in-Transit & At Port of Discharge.
  • MEIS Application, Licensing application for DGFT.
  • IDPMS clearance after Import Shipment.
  • Preparation of Import & Export data from all across the world and making presentation for the management.
