Job Description

    Ideal candidate will lead HR efforts across Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Relations, Performance Management System. As a part of the HR team, the incumbent will be responsible for establishing best in class HR practices and contributing in cultivating a vibrant & high performance culture at InterMiles. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process: identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, leveraging social media channels, employee referrals, etc; creating and maintaining a candidate pipeline- Take full responsibility for the end to end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer roll out with a focus on quality, time & cost- Conceptualise a robust employee engagement strategy to promote an engaged workforce, driving objectives such as: camaraderie, fostering innovation, wellness and fun at work - Drive Reward & Recognition initiatives- Partner with stakeholders on key people matters and processes such as performance management, succession planning, development programs, etc- Responsible for Payroll, Benefits administration, compliances and resolving employee and stakeholder queries in timely and effective manner. Also be participating in compensation benchmarking studies from time to time- Drive Automation in HR function and maintain internal HR systems, databases and dashboards. Use HR Analytics extensively to influence decision making Desired Candidate: - 7-10 years of experience in a similar role with prior experience in Talent Acquisition is mandatory- Strong skills in developing effective relationships, stakeholder management and communication in a fast-paced organization- Demonstrated experience in providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis,
