Job Description

    *Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job Duties & responsibilities Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the OpenShift environment. Knowledge in Kubernetes/OpenShift administration (patching, migration, application onboarding, SSL deployment, configuring Ingress controllers, integrating load balancers, container registry, CI/CD tools. Manage capacity planning and maintenance. Work with teams to drive scalability, reliability, and performance Responsible for overseeing the incident resolution, problem management, and Change management related to OpenShift Contribute to process efficiencies by identifying manual activities and automate them. Participate in the audit requirements as and when conducted by the organization. Align and abide by the organizational goals. Knowledge of JIRA and MS SharePoint is an added advantage ITIL processes awareness and adheres to Mentoring/Training team members Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to Required Experience 10 to 15 years experience in managing enterprise operations team Experienced people leader with relevant technical skills to lead the team Proven ability to mentor and grow the skill set of team members Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, project and personnel management skills Independent thinking and ability to demonstrate good judgment requiredEducation / Preferred Qualifications A degree in Computer Science or related subject is preferred Technical Competencies Strong knowledge in Linux, Unix, Hypervisors, Kubernetes, and Docker.Personal skills Strong matrix management skills including influence, conflict resolution and negotiation Small to Medium team people management Excellent relationship building and networking skillsAdditional skills Team leadership, collaboration, decisiveness, energy and drive 24 x 7 x 365 work culture,
