Dear Candidate,Were Opening for Product Manager-Current AccountRoles & Responsibilities :-- Devise Current Account Proposition for various business segments spread across regions, including foreign offices.- Obtained widespread input (internal, customer and market research based) with respect to current account products and incorporate into the product strategy- Led key strategic initiatives in devising products for increasing balances in Current Account from specific sectors.- Liasoning with RMs to understand the client requirements and provide solutions through product customization- Responsible for overall Current Account profitability and competition mapping.- Responsible for business case development, requirement definition, Risk assessment & mitigation, Lega documentation for products and processes for the Current Account, segment wise.- Launch programs and campaigns across channels to increase share of wallet of clients achieving a balance growth in the annual year. Carry out marketing initiatives for Current Account.- Implemented key projects such as revision of the schedule of charges for the bank- Work closely with Relationship Mangers, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Quality and Technology in executing business process re-engineering and product customizations. Professional Experience :- The Candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience and sound knowledge of liability banking products.- The person should be result oriented with a flair for enhancements/development of the products/processes to suit the client requirement.Regards,Team HR
