Job Description

They also work with Banks, Investors, Funds and FinTechs to service markets that are overlooked or underserved. Job Description - Develop, maintain and regularly review firmwide IT policies and procedures- Develop firmwide IT strategy, identifying technology solutions to improve employees/ client experience, engagement, productivity etc.- Oversee implementation of firmwide IT strategy, budgets, projects and audits- Implement gap closure identified during the internal or external audits- Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses and for possible upgrades or optimization/improvement across all operational verticals- Implement and oversee technological upgrades, optimizations/improvements, and major changes to the information technology environment- Coordinate with the various departments in the organization to ensure information technology goals are achieved- Advise various departments on IT best practices needed to inform their processes and needs- Assess Network/Operating System/Application as per baseline/hardening standard- Lead new initiatives for the organization and contribute towards information technology and security assessment with a focus on Asia region- Create SLA and SOW for third parties and assure their adherence- Assist in building relationships with vendors and managing cost-efficient contracts- Manage 2+ global and regional direct reports as our function grows The Successful Applicant - Minimum of 15 years of proven work experience as Head of IT/Technology at a professional services firm or similar experience- Minimum BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar field- Experience developing firmwide IT strategy and integrating IT systems across regions and operational functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Knowledge Management etc.)- Experience implementing firmwide data protection and IT governance frameworks such as GDPR, ITIL, ISO 27001:2013, COBIT and ensuring compliance across the organization- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team across multiple locations effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems- Experience managing computer networks including installation and administration- Experience implementing forward-leaning technology solutions to improve employee/client experience, engagement and productivity- Experience launching and/or optimizing an IT helpdesk- Experience running a managed service environment- Experience with Disaster Recovery and Backup technology- Experience with an End Point Detection and recovery products- Experience in the MS Office 365 environment- Experience migrating data across multiple systems, and developing APIs, i.e.: integrating Deltek ERP MS 365 Whats on Offer - A highly collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial organization that provides the platform to make an impact on day one- Competitive benefits and career development opportunities,
