Job Description

    Dear Aspirants,Orcapod is looking for Female IT Team Leader. We have an immediate opening for the position of Team Leader Technical Recruitment, who have experience in IT recruitment. Please find below the job description for your reference.Female candidates onlyWORK FROM HOME
    • Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
    • Monday to Satur9ay; 2nd and 4th Saturday Off
    • Experience 5 to 9 years as Team Lead in IT Recruitment
    • Must have C2H hiring experience.
    • Good knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing.
    • Good Communication Skills
    • Salary 20K to 25K (Incentive + Mob. Reimbursement)
    • (Salary and Designation will depend as per the Interview after 3rd round)
    • Permanent Work from home.
    • Must have Laptop & WIFI connection.

    Job Resposibilites:
    • Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standars.of behaviour.
    • Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback.
    • Competent professional with over 5-10 years of rich & extensive experience in Recruiting, Team handling, client coordination
    • Strong expertise in Head Hunting, Candidate Management and client management
    • Sharing requirements with the team on daily basis
    • Proven expertise in building and managing large scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
    • Ability to meet targets consistently
    • Strong experience in Man Management by virtue of building and leading a large team.
    • Thorough understanding of the entire lifecycle of Recruitment process, with proven working knowledge in client correspondence, acquisition and management
