Roles and ResponsibilitiesJD (Coments to supplier) Total Years of Experience :---- 4years Relevant years of Experience:---- 4 years Mandatory Skills :---- As per below JD Good to have (Not Mandatory):---- Detailed --- Design, Develop, Review and debug application code using core Java, J2EE, Struts 2, web-services and database. Good to have experience in Insurance or other Financial sectors Work with business consultant to understand requirement and write technical specification. Estimate and plan the deliverable participate with customer on design discussion and document it. L2/L3 support of application issues, must have good trouble shooting skills and understanding of problem statement. Scheduling and overseeing all ticket or support related work by managing a team of software developers and supervisors. Ensuring all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and guidelines. Assessing the business requirement and technical needs of clients and suggesting them suitable solutions Measure service satisfaction levels and monitor for compliance Managing and upholding troubleshooting escalation process Resolving application incidents and fulfilling business users service requests Working closely with third parties to rectify application issues Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement Create reports for internal team and/or clients Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data Use graphs, info graphics and other methods to visualize data Identify automation and improvement opportunities through continous analysis of the issues and tickets data Good problem-solving skills, ability to work well under pressure situation, Effective team handling and Critical Thinking Establishing and maintaining strong relationship within and across teams and with clients and their vendors Create reports for internal team and/or clients. Help team to give feedback for Avg issues getting reported for the system and recommended plan for improvement. Provide documentation to client for Improvisation roadmap for the system. Technical Skill Set: Core Java , J2EE, Web-services Apache Tomcat (Good to have) Struts 2 (Mandatory) Database (Preference to Oracle and/or MSSQL) Microsoft Office suite Working location : Thane,
