Communication & Coordination with Owner, Master, Agent and TL with appropriate details on a regular basis Ensuring the kit assigned to the vessel is as per planEnsuring the assigned Team of MSOs and their travel arrangements for vessel embark/ disembark as per the scheduleEnsure Flag state requirement is compiled considering the Vessel s course and/ or apply for them as required.Keep a track and acknowledge all incoming mails and categorize into individual executive foldersIdentify and Inform responsible person/ Manager on any urgent issueKnowledge and competency in Emergency Response ProcedureEnsure all documents of the MSOs and kits are complete and in line with the requirementKeeping a track of all incoming mails & tag into individual executive folders.Update software on real time basisUpdate Ops Forms within 24 hours of closing the vessel Update SG Database on a daily basisScrutinize if all documents are correctly updatedMake CVs of MSOs for clientsBe a buddy to Trainee Operations ExecutiveAny other related tasks as assigned by your HOD.
