Job Description

Jr. UnderwriterSutherland - AiroliRoles and Responsibilities

Reviewing documents and ensuring compliance with loan application in the system
Understanding the loan requirement for 1st time right file submission
Keeping a track of the timelines ETA(Expected Turn Around Time) and ensuring prompt follow up on the loan decision upon expiry of the ETA
Filing the checklist internally created by the organization in order to ensure that the key details and key number are captured on the checklist, also explaining the methodology used to arrive at those numbers

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduates with a minimum of 2 years US mortgage experience(mandatory)
Good communication skills and exceptional analytical skills

Shift timings: US Shifts - Shift window 6:30 pm to 6:30 am, Saturday & Sunday fixed off.Experienced (Salary) - Between 4.20 Lacs P.A to 5.40 Lac P.A
