This role will primarily be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of translation projects across various industry verticals, including ones that involve multiple foreign languages andmaintaining client relationships as well.Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all translation projects, including sending quotes to clients, sourcing thetranslation projects to translators and proofreaders, reviewing files for QC and ensuring delivery of the final translation is madetimely.
  • Serve as a liaison between client and translator, ensuring any and all expectations/requirements for the projects are made clear to the translationteams.
  • Follow all stipulated quality assurance procedures and resolves quality assuranceissues.
  • Assist in the creation, updating and maintenance of translation memories inapplicable language(s).
  • Sharing Charges Quotation to the client
  • Briefing client about services.
  • Process all invoices for both translators andclients.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred)
  • Experience in coordinating projects and managingresources.
  • Ability to multitask in a time sensitive work environment and stay calm underpressure.
  • Brilliant at communicating expectations and should have excellent customer serviceskills.
  • Fluency in verbal and written EnglishCommunication and in understanding foreign dialects
  • Fluency in basic reading and writing in a second language (any language other than Indian languages) is preferable.
  • Highly detail oriented, positive, friendly, and a fastlearner
