Job Description

Job title : IT Service Management Specialist - ITIL Process ExpertExperience : 8 to 14yrsLocation : Navi MumbaiJob Level : Senior Consultant / Team LeadLevel of education/qualifications normally required :- Graduate degree (Master) in Business or Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with an IT focus.Certifications : ITIL/ IT Service Management- PMI/ PRINCE 2- CMMI, ITIL Expert/Master certificationRoles and Responsibilities :- Coordinate ITSM application development with the regions and countries and align on the operational process definition.- Ensure smooth IT support and operation for the various sites of Corporate or group solutions- In charge of the design and delivery of IT application solutions portfolio with a continuous goal of delivering optimized and innovative service to the business and business continuity and improvement via the regional teams support.- Aligning IT local Business services expectations to the various IT support systems.- Manage part of the ITSM processes for the group and corporate scope (Change and release mgt (CAB-ECAB), service mgt, continuity mgt).- Overseeing IT application support, especially for critical business areas- Ensuring application projects are delivered in time, budget & quality- Ensuring compliance with security and internal control requirements (especially related to audits) across his/her organizationThe overall target for this position includes :- Deliver and operate ITSM applications services group- Ensure the right service definition and change, service management process for the corporate functions.- Coordinate the various IT activities and facility management alignment for the different corporate sites- Ensure schedule, functionality and quality are in line with the business needs and delivered at optimum cost- Foster a culture of service excellence and end user / customer service- Support Audit and Internal control processes and compliance process for corporate scope- Ensure compliance with group Policies, methodologies and standardsDesired Candidate Profile/Specific work experience:- Significant experience (5 years +) in the ITSM Service strategy, design, transition, operation and continuous improvement processes- Responsibility of local critical sites end user support as well as group wide service desks management.- Proficient understanding of overall ITSM application landscape and architecture and its integration- Proven track record of tight project/cost control- Extensive and solid experience in security, audit and compliance process business processes- Experience (3+ years) in leading or managing a team, an 5year + virtual / offshore teams- Significant experience in change management and integration projectsTechnical / functional skills:- Ability to develop solution roadmap and application architecture according to business and IT strategies- Ability to manage an virtual teams and offshore partners- Strong analytical, application design and development skills including troubleshooting and integration of IT technologies- Knowledge of existing and emerging hardware and software technologies and IT architectures for local IT services and ITSM application- Good functional knowledge the overall portfolio of standard IT solution to support group and corporate functions- Strong competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems- Knowledge of best practices to guide teams through issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission critical information systems and application services- Ability to develop and implement IT policies and governancePlease share your details:Total Experience:Relevant Experience:Highest Qualification:Current Company:Current Location:Preferred Location:Reason for Job Change:Are you Ex- Employee::Yes/NoOfficial Notice Period:Negotiable Notice Period:Current CTC:Expected CTC:,
