Role Summary :- The role will focus on developing and scaling up the business in the renewable sector for the client whereby contributing to the firms growth trajectoryKey Responsibilities :- Jointly with the ED/ Head BD, cascade the BD Plan, and plan possible opportunities in the identified area of operation- Scan the external environment for new opportunities, escalate the same and provide support in feasibility assessment for entry into new projects- Manage relationship with identified levels in the ministry, Govt bodies, customers, partners, consultants etc. and resolve issues that arise to ensure smooth working relationship- Participate in building the private tender by preparing technical specifications and methodology, and ensure completion on time in adherence to specifications- Coordinate with team members to ensure completion of aspects such as land acquisition, environmental clearance, due diligence etc.- Work with Lead - Contracts/ Legal towards drafting of contracts, with inputs from Legal, Operations, Finance & other teams as appropriate- Conduct market research to develop an understanding of product demand and monitor national industry trends in renewable sectorCandidate Profile :- 8 - 12 years of experience of leading business portfolios and managing teams across Sales & Operations- Hands on experience in building the Commercial & Industrial segment for solar firms- Technical and Commercial understanding of issues and regulatory aspects of Commercial & Industrial sales in different states- Knowledge of statutory requirements, specifically renewable-power policy in different states,
