Job Description

    Lead CSR / Foundation - for a Corporate Foundation ! MumbaiOur client is a large corporate entity and is looking for someone who could Lead their Corporate Foundation. They run CSR programs across India. The CSR Lead will be responsible for: - Strategizing & implementing the CSR activities of the Company - To identify, manage and track projects and to ensure effective and timely implementation of CSR programmes - Handle project progress and evaluation reports- Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness- Building relationships with community partners, NGOs and key stakeholders- Working with Marketing and PR teams to drive required engagement- To identify and coordinate with NGOs, etc. including due diligence- To ensure budget is adhered and necessary documentation for payments, utilsation and settlement of sanctioned projects. The ideal candidate would have: - 8+ years of experience with an MSW / MBA - Have good experience in Leading operations in an NGO / Foundation - Ability to work closely with people at all levels, from senior corporate executives to government officials to community leaders to consultants and agencies- Elevate the companys corporate social responsibility initiatives internally and externally- Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, best practices for CSR will be an advantage. - Understands stakeholder expectations for responsible business conduct and has a track record of driving responsible CSR practices - Have a smart personality and good communication skills- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocateVipul AgarwalZend Consulting Services,
