    • Setup Agile Teams in, Chennai & Bangalore for tech deliveries across FSTS.
    • Define and manage the Agile transformation program and champion the sustainability of best practices for Agile in line with the new Agile standards defined by the Bank.
    • Embed Agile methodology and principles in the enterprise, reflected in mindset and culture changes.
    • Responsible for the direct oversight and coordination of the multiyear Agile transformation portfolio.
    • Define scope, timelines, value proposition for delivery planning of projects and entire Agile transformation program.
    • Develop strong, effective working relationships with Business Line and key stakeholders to effectively execute projects and embed Agile sustainability practices.
    • Identify training and other change initiatives to prepare the overall organization for the adoption of an Agile methodology.
    • Define key metrics and develop an approach for capturing the benefits of the Agile approach.
    • Lead a group of Scrum of Scrum masters.
    • Ensuring the build team adheres to the engagement model and that it is engrained in their DNA to deliver the release / deployment tasks with the associated documentation whilst maintaining a close customer relationship.
    • Business
    • Collaborate on the creation and implementation of an effective Agile Architecture Operating Model, transformation roadmap and drive supporting activities.
    • Develop and monitor metrics to track the progress of Agile Architecture adoption, enablement, scaling and maturity to aid in accelerating overall transformation efforts.
    • Review and define Architecture standards and best practices.
    • Advance best practices for scaling and optimizing Agile practices in the organization.
    • Develop and implement Agile Assessment Framework (AAF) to provide development inputs/data for capability development.
    • Guide and promote the adoption and application of Scrum and Agile principles, practices, values, tools.
    • Facilitate Big Room planning events with cross functional and leadership teams to align on outcomes, priorities and resource allocation for innovation and architecture groups.
    • Ensure agile architecture of one short- and long-term Transformation for the Bank.
    • Identify technology bottlenecks in around culture and specify optimization / automation to be implemented.
    • Partners with other technology teams in the Bank including Security, Networks, and others to ensure shared transformation is designed properly.
    Drive engineering practice outcomes, partnering with enterprise technology teams, ex
    • Democratise and establish continuous delivery process
    • Evaluate new practices for adoption across the enterprise.
    • Performing agile design and reviews.
    • Provide feedback to product owners on strategic initiatives.
    • Introduce & support emerging technology and best market practices which accelerate time to market and ensure effective client experiences.

    • Work with Architecture, Security, Compliance, Data, Cloud and Technology Governance to follow appropriate policies, procedures, and controls for enablement of nWoW Standards.
    • Contribute to the selection process for future Distinguished Engineer cohorts within the organisation.
    • Help maintain the Engineering standards across the industry.
    • Remediate or provide expertise on initiatives with significant best practices around technology challenges.
    Innovation Opportunities and Impediments Resolution
    • Work with cross functional projects teams and leadership teams to identify innovation opportunities and process improvements.
    • Collaborate with others to remove impediments and agree on conflict resolution methods across strategic projects and related processes.
    • Facilitate critical retrospectives (as brainstorming and training sessions) to identify organizational improvements.

    • Motivate team members to try out new out-of-the box approaches without taking undue risks.
    • Lift overall maturity levels to demonstrate sustainable performance gains.

    • Lead through example and build the engineering culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from the team and stakeholders.
