"Responsibilities & Key Deliverablesa) Insights from Customer research/ Design Brief b) Work on design and detailing of Exterior / Interior Accesories and communicate with Trends, Moodboards & Renders c) Translate approved concepts to 3D - Create concept surfaces, interact with Physical model preparation Team and deliver Design intent on full scale models d) Interface with Engineering teams to find innovative components solutions that can be brought to production and support our accessories design intent e) Plan the design work (scope ,quality , time) from start to finish on the basis of the design brief f) Interface and work with consultants , design studios as required for design and developmentExperience4 to 6 years of experience in DesignIndustry PreferredAutomotive, Product Design, Accessories design.QualificationsM.Des, MA or Bachelors in Automotive/ Transportation Design/ Industrial/ Product DesignGeneral Requirementsa) Good analytical Ability; Logic in Thought, Openness to Alternate Views b) Reasonably Well Articulate; Good Presentation Skills c) Good Interpersonal Skills; Able to inetgrate with Creative Teams d) Proactive; Able to Plan, Identifies Issues, Seeks Solutions; Puts in the effort to Change the World for the better e) Have a Positive disposition; Sees the Brighter Side of Things f)Strong sketching and rendering skills - Execute on Adobe Photoshop, / Adobe Illustrator g) Intermediate 3D Modelling Skills - Execute Class A Surfacing in Autodesk Alias h) Basic Visualisation Skills - Execute on Autodesk Showcase/ VRED Design i) Passionate about detail and automotive accessories design, able to deliver under tight time constraints j) Experience with batch production processes from accessories point of view will be a plusk)Awareness of a Corporate mode of working - Processes, Systems, etc,"
