  • Handle the day-to-day name screening alerts generated by Screening System and perform additional review if any risk is exposed to the Bank;
  • Perform investigation on risk events of transaction monitoring escalated by Assess and Analysts to identify unusual customer behaviour and draft the suspicious transaction report if necessary;
  • Analyse transactions to identify and capture common typology and red flags for further consideration when reviewing transaction monitoring rules;
  • Assist in building FCC systems and share FCC requirements and user stories to the Technology Team and Vendors;
  • Participate in system testing on Name Screening, Transaction Screening, Transaction Monitoring and Case Management whenever there is any system change and be part of FCC systems projects group;
  • Support the team to prepare the M.I. report to keep track of the status of various FCC areas and escalate to the Team if significant risk is identified;
  • Work closely with Products and Operations Team to ensure that they are aware of FCC requirements and perform their works accordingly;
  • Provide training or sharing to Products and Operations Teams from time to time to keep their FCC knowledge updated;
  • Any ad-hoc tasks to support the function
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Solid experience in Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery Corruption, preferably work experience of name screening and transaction monitoring alerts
  • Enthusiast in Virtual Banking environment
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Work under pressure and good time management skills
  • Good team player
