Job Description

    The Lead Field Service Engineer is responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers site. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products.As a Lead Services Specialist - Field Svc & Technical Advising, you will be responsible for:
    • Executing retrofit projects including installation, power up, and commissioning of one or more of the turbine control solutions
    • Executing site project management and technical leader duties.
    • Supporting warranty administration and troubleshooting issues. Addressing customer service requests and leads customer issue resolution during warranty and post-warranty periods.
    • Pre-planning, site scheduling, field engineering, oversight and direction of other field resources. Commissioning, control system startup, and project handover to customers.
    • Working closely with project managers, customers and supplier representatives to ensure financial performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responding to customer call out services requests.
