Job Description

    About the Portfolio Growth & Exits Management Team :- Review and manage the investment portfolio of client nationally.- Monitor the performance and liquidity of portfolio on an ongoing basis. - Identify and develop a plan for generating optimal returns from portfolio through listed and unlisted sales. - Manage exit process for listed and unlisted securities. - Minimize organizational obligations and risks through enterprise risk management operatives and directions.- Coordinate valuation exercise for the unlisted portfolio of Brand Capital. The ideal candidate should be an MBA (Finance)/Chartered Accountant/CFA with minimum 2-4 years of experience of working across corporate finance or institutional equities research space. The role would be based out of Mumbai. Ideal Candidate :- Should be an MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant or CFA with 2-4 year experience.- Primary experience in leading corporate finance or institutional equities research. - Working experience in closing deals/active experience in investments desired.Roles and Responsibilities :- Exit Management : Monitor process for sale of listed and unlisted securities. - Pre - Investment Committee Process : Assist teams for the pre - IC process and maintain repository of IC decisions. - Portfolio Monitoring : Monitor the performance and liquidity of portfolio on an ongoing basis and coordinate valuation exercise for the unlisted portfolio through engagement with different teams within Brand Capital and Timesgroup.,
