Lead Software Engineer (Frontend)Are you a Software Engineer with a passion for map visualization and UX If you replied yes, here is your chance to join us and be at the core of our map rendering team to ensure that we render the world as you would like it to be!About the job as Software Engineer in our teamAs part of the Map Visualization R&D group you will be working within a diverse team including developers, architects, cartographers and UX designers.This is a dynamic role within a high-achieving team creating the software needed to customize maps for both embedded devices and web maps. The main task of this role is to write high quality source code in a maintainable way. You will develop new features and improve existing ones using the best of your knowledge.You will have to solve problems relating to building coherent UI workflows - balancing tool functionality, interface density and usability. This will expose you to a broad set of technical and design challenges as well as many different ways of solving them. This exposure will help you grow and you will gain deep understanding of our map products.Responsibilities
