Job Responsibilities Project Management of Enterprise / SME Complex (Different Media, Multi- location) Order & Customized Project Implementation Rollout of Wireline & Wireless Access Network & Customer Sites AOP Planning for Wireline and Wireless Growth Capex Execution Project Plan at Field for 200 Cr FY 13- 14 Material Planning & Schedule for Network Rollout Managing Project Management Target, Schedule Creating Risk Mitigation and Alternative Plans for Project & Rollout Maintain Quality & Standards of Customer & Access Network Defining Processes for Rollout to have zero Faults on New Network Defining 3 rd Party Acceptance Test & Performance Review Understand Customer & Business requirement and give Customized / Cost effective network solution End to End responsibility to deliver it from different Owners of network layers (Access Technology - Vendors). Governance of Multi vendor / Multi Team Service Delivery. Access Network Rollout Wireline Network Rollout- DLC, DSLAM, Fiber & Copper (FTTH/ FTTB) Wireless Network Rollout- IBS Solution, Wi- Fi BTS, Wi- Fi Hotspot, RF (UBR/ LBR) Seamless delivery of various Wire line Projects meeting customer and business objectives Interface with various internal customers in different BU, HQ & Regional BES/ Business, Material, Resources & Vendor Planning Project Management, Review & Reporting Constraint & Crises Management, Risk mitigation Provides Technical Assistance & guidance to Regional Field teams Project Management Complex & Customized Project / Order delivery using many stakeholders, technology platforms and Media solution Material, Resources & Vendor Planning Project Management, Review & Reporting Constraint & Crises Management, Risk mitigation Provides Technical Assistance & guidance to Regional Field teams General Third Party Management- Responsible for Managing vendors, agencies, 3rd Parties, BSOs infra service provider for service delivery and lease of infra- structure. Relationship Management- Develop and manage a strong alliance with internal/ external stake- holders to improve the predictability of deliverables better SLA and QOS readiness for new services and cost effective solution. Process Improvement- Drive initiatives with Corporate IT to extend maximum automation and system based tools for the functions to reduce regional variance. Quality Management- Manage Quality of Service and initiate Corrective Action and Service Improvement Plans as appropriate. Cost Optimization- Implement Special Projects at regional level w.r.t. Integration and Improvement of processes for Cost Optimization, Material Inventory Index Technical skills Understanding & having knowledge of Wireline & Wireless Technology (TDM, SDH, DWDM, Fiber, VSAT, Metro- E, Broadband, WIMAX, RF, UBR/ LBR, Wi- Fi, DLC, DSLAM) Hands on Experience on Last Mile & Network Solution with Fiber, Copper, RF Media Project Management Skills Material & Vendor Management Governance and Expertise Multi Vendor / Multi Skills Understanding of Capex & AOP Planning Qualification: Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and Diploma/ MBA in Management Experience: Minimum 15 years of Telecom and ITES experience Industry: Telecom Location: Mumbai Apply Now ,
