UpSurge Infotech LLP is looking for a professional who can do Academy Sales, Sourcing Corporate & Institutional Training, Sales Strategy Implementation, Academy Operations, and Ensuring Payment from the Students & Corporate, Training & Development to the Core Resources, Escalation Handling, Faculty Sourcing, Session Scheduling, and other necessary Operational Activities.Required Skill Set :

  • Good Communication skills.
  • Smart Working and also able to do sales on Individual Level
  • Ready to work on Alternative Sundays
  • Ready to work with an Start Up Company.
  • No Field work
Sales KRA:
  • Calling, Counseling & Ensuring maximum no of Joining from the Leads Generated from Various Sources i.e, Yet5, Sulekha, Web, Google, Newspaper etc.
  • New Sales Strategy Implementation to Increase the Revenue
  • Pan India Leads Coordination & Management followed by joining
  • Sourcing Corporate / Institutional / Bulk Training Requirement
  • Academy Practice Warm up Along with Team
Operational KRA:
  • Accounts & All Reports Generation / Maintenance
  • Payment Follow Up
  • Ensuring 100% payment from Forecasting Matrix
  • Ensuring 0% Attrition
  • Ensuring 100% Software Installation from MoM joining
  • Banking Work Independently
  • 100 % Escalation management of students and ensuring solution within 4 working days
  • Faculty sourcing
  • Placement processing of students
  • coordinating with successful students to prepare video content as testimonials
  • Close Communication with Team for each lead & and Involvements to Close Critical Lead.
  • SAP Software Installation & Other Technical Support
  • Payment related communication with students
