Job Description

Work and plan activity as per GBSC timeline for smooth MEC/YEC.Tasks & responsibilities

  • Act as process owner for medical budgeting. Accountable for the overall Outlook Process. Monitor continuously the development of OTL and assumption figures for respective trial.
  • Provide local end user training- MBS.
  • Ensuring global reporting as per guidelines
  • Timely completion of monthly supplementary reporting Medicine & Enabling function)
  • Timely completion of Long-Term Forecast reporting (Medicine & enabling functions)
  • Year End reporting (Medicine & Enabling functions)
  • Lead and support the Medicine Controlling Function
  • Act as process owner for medical budgeting. Accountable for the overall Outlook Process. Monitor continuously the development of OTL and assumption figures for respective trial
  • Provide local end user training- MBS
  • System Administration - MBS, Journeyx
  • User Support - MBS, Journeyx
  • Quarterly reconcile receivables/ payables for medicine
  • Promote best practices for working in MBS
  • Timely completion of Medicine II Financial view
  • Timely completion of Diabetic alliance reporting - Clinical trials
Requirements
  • Education: Professional course in Accounting. CA/Inter CA candidates preferred with relevant experience
  • 4 to 5 years experience in Financial planning and analysis
  • Basic IT knowledge and strong knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word & MS PPT
  • SAP skills is a plus
  • Good presentation Skills, Influencing skills & Negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Position will be based at Mumbai.
