PR value generated in key media channelsResponsibilities:1. Build, motivate and develop a team of high performing brand and digital marketing specialists2. Lead the brand and communications strategy in line with the brand ethos and purpose. Own clear differentiator by walking-the-talk on Brands Purpose while maintaining a consistent brand voice and personality3. Build brand awareness, salience and affinity to fuel customer growth and engagement4. Define and execute the digital marketing strategy. Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of social media and influencer marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, new customer acquisition and revenue for the brand5. Accelerate exploration and cross-sell by engaging consumers in a powerful community program6. Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies for the brand in liaison with category heads and PR agency7. Responsible for end-to-end execution of brand campaigns from agency briefs to creative development, media planning, campaign execution and measurement8. Spearhead all brand research and tracking studies partnering with external agencies9. Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns10. Bring big out of the box ideas to the table, obtain buy-in and effectively and efficiently implement ideas at scale11. Budget ownership- track, forecast and drive efficiency12.
