Job Description

    CTC - upto 60 LPAWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in North India. He/she should be able to work in a fast paced start-up environment and work with a degree of ownership to originate and close deals. The ideal candidate will be well versed in all business matters, have excellent communication and leadership skills. The primary goal would be to ensure companys profitability and drive sustainable development. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement the sales and marketing strategy- Manage the promotion of our Clients products and new features to prospective and existing clients- Establish right contact within companies and develop long term relationships based on building trust and credibility- Manage the process of proactively identifying and qualifying leads and new prospects- Coordinate the process to set-up product demos with prospective clients, handle negotiations and close sales- Represent our client with a high degree of integrity- Understand business requirements and prepare specifications, POCs and proposals- Communicate company products and services effectively- Work with the product, engineering and customer success teams on pre-sale and post-sale engagements- Spearhead marketing initiatives for demand generation, brand awareness and customer engagement as per allocated budgets- Coordinate the preparation of timely reports and analytics to regularly evaluate and review the plans and strategy. Eligibility: - A Masters Degree from Top Tier B-School in India. - 5-7 years of work experience in the banking sector or in the area of Fintech startups/ventures. Experience in sales to Large Corporates and Financial Institutions in North India would be an advantage. Prior experience at Rating Agencies, Fintechs and Corporate Sales would be preferred.- Proven experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams- Strong oral and written communication skills to deliver information in an easily understood manner- Proven track record of consistent sales lead generation, sales closures and management of customers- Excellent work and professional ethics- Ability to work in a challenging environment and handle pressure- Capacity to persist and persuade- Knowledge and background of B2B SaaS marketing is desirable- A creative and experimental outlook- Ability to lead and inspire others- Tech and Social media savvy- You Believe-in & will align with our Business Objectives- Customer Obsession - Consistently listen to customers; test, enhance and improve the customer experience.- Breakthrough Simplicity - An innovative approach to make everything simpler- Diving Deep -Technique used to arrive at a solution-based approach to problem solving and idea creation- Drive for Results - Focus on end result of any task- Encourage and Improve - Encouraging and promoting teamwork and focus on continuous self-development at every stage.- Be Ethical and Respectful - Willingness to do the right thing - even if it is hard; courteousness and being focused on the best in others.,
