  • This role is aimed at supporting SCPay communication and engagement requirements. Reporting to Head, SCPay Engineering, the idea candidate shall design, manage, and support the team communications and PMO activities
Business
  • Manage the overall communications strategy ( Newsletter, Presentation ) of SCPay change or transformation initiatives, from designing the editorial calendar, drafting the contents, and broadcasting it to target audience through several channels
  • create / manage communication channels and distribution lists to ensure communications are sent to proper target audience
  • develop creative content and materials (collaterals, infographics, video interviews, starter pack, and the like) to help drive awareness and engagement initiatives of the SCPay.
  • support the communication needs of the team, including leadership, change release, or data metrics communications as required
  • ensure effective engagement of stakeholders through success stories and user adoption/feedback editorials in several communication methods
  • manage the newsletter and other relevant newsletters within the team when necessary
Processes
  • Manage CCIB - CASH intranet and confluence spaces to ensure all contents are updated, relevant, and organized assist in organizing periodical team engagement such as townhalls, teambuilding events, and the like
  • stay updated with the overall Bank and business strategies and campaigns to ensure alignment of team communications
  • Stay updated of relevant external awards and assist the team in submitting their nomination by crafting the right messaging, drafting the content
People and Talent
  • Lead through example and build appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations for the team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
  • Bridge skill / capability gaps through learning and development
  • Ensure role, job descriptions and expectations are clearly set and periodic feedback provided to the entire team
Collaberation
  • coordinate with different teams and perform other PMO activities ( Follow up , Conducting team meeting, maintaining learning and other activity account for team
Governance
  • Bringing Industry best practices for Communication and Presentation.
  • Maintain Documentation up to date for Audit and regulatory purposes.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the [SCPAY Engineering to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Designing SCPay following SCB guideline and regulatory compliance

  • Participating in different Audit process and Documentation.
