Partner with the HR Lead to carry out benchmark surveys to map HR practices & processes across theindustries and interact with senior stakeholders to incorporate those in current HR Systems as per businessneeds Responsible for making a compensation & benefit plan that is aligned with Business plans & regional C & Bpolicies. Make budgets for total rewards & ensure appropriate budgetary controls. Ensure that company s compensation practices are in compliance with local statutory requirements To lead and drive key processes of HR such as PMS, Comp & Ben &Talent Management To drive key processes of HR such as Hiring by providing timely inputs on C & B Conduct periodic audits of payroll & employee benefits and keep the C & B structure aligned with industrystandards To generate and maintain metrics & MIS relating to Payroll, Statutory Compliances & Employee Life CycleManagement To ensure that appropriate vehicles for internal communication are in place and effectively used tocommunicate with and involve employees at all levels. To ensure that a complete set of HR policies are in place, covering all aspect of employment.
