The purpose of this role is:- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end MIS closing process- Data Management and controlling budget process with business finance - Support in preparation of group legal consolidated financial statements as per IFRS- Analyze of monthly figures in financial system including discussion and seeking comments from the responsible regional financial managers- Support to Business Finance team for their monthly report deliverables - Participate in automation of reports in financial systems - Ad-hoc tasks (analyses, presentations) and project involvement as requiredAreas of Responsibility & brief description:1. Review month, quarter-, half-year- and year-end consolidated figures2. Assisting in compilation of data for preparation of consolidated financial statements3. Create and improve reports which are used for validating and analyzing reported figures and make process improvement suggestions where applicable4. Analyze reported figures and discuss/follow-up with the respective regional financial manager or controller5. Assist in the budgeting process and Group financials audit6. Assisting business finance team for fixed and adhoc reporting deliverablesKey Interactions within and outside of VFS GlobalExternal : 1. Group auditorsInternal : 1. Regional Finance Managers2. Corporate SecretarialEducation: Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce Experience: 4-5 years, preferably in an MNC environment with multiple subsidiaries financial consolidation and MIS reporting experienceKnowledge & Key Skills:- Excellent accounting - Reasonable experience with multiple entities consolidation in accordance with IFRS- Hands-on knowledge of SAP & BPC - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to meet deadlines timely and work in a fast-paced environment- Analytical skills & business understanding,
