  • Acquire Speakers for the event basis the client wish list by means of cold calling and briefing them about the event.
  • Manage event operations for Conferences venue booking, delivering collaterals and creatives at the venue for the client, on ground execution of the event
  • Manage event operations for Webinars Setting up webinars, ensuring engagement over the webinars and placement of digital content
  • Managing the event from end to end and ensuring a smooth flow of the event (Conferences/ Webinars)
  • Manage the operations of the event focus on cost optimization, P&L, revenue drivers for the event
