This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesBusinessProcess discipline and efficiency

  • Collaborate with the Process and Business Integration team and Supply Chain Management Team to agree on the metrics and key principles for the Source to Contract turnaround time calculation
  • Work closely with the Reporting/Analytics team to produce monthly Supply Chain Management Source to Contract process turnaround time metrics in a timely manner
  • Produce monthly reports on Work in Progress initiatives for the Supply Chain Management Procurement teams to drive process discipline
  • Support adhoc requests on data relating to process turnaround time
  • Support and track actions on Weekly Squad meetings on Pre-approved Content and Turnaround time between Global Head and Chief Operating Officer of Supply Chain Management and SCM Procurement teams
Performance Management
  • Work closely with the Reporting/Analytics team to update monthly Supply Chain Management Scorecard
  • Drive SCM Monthly Performance Review calls to update the Supply Chain Management Team on the performance of the function and highlight gaps in performance
  • Support requests from the Group Finance team on submission of data for Group Chief Financial Officer Scorecard
  • Collaborate with the Global Head and Chief Operating Officer of Supply Chain Management to define yearly SCM Scorecard metrics and targets
Customer Satisfaction Activities
  • Provide oversight and guidance on the monthly release of Supply Chain Management and Requisition to Pay Customer Satisfaction Surveys, and quarterly release of Internal Supply Chain Management Customer Satisfaction Survey
  • Review question sets and methodology on a quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with Associate Manager, GFS-COE on the survey insights analysis pack on a quarterly basis
Project Management
  • Work closely with Associate Manager, GFS-COE, along with the project managers across rest of the COO function to monitor the progress of COO wide project initiatives (excluding S166 and TPRM Redux)
Target Operating Model
  • Collaborate with the Global Head and Chief Operating Officer of Supply Chain Management to confirm on assumptions for Target Operating Model and refresh Target Operating Model when required

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor/Master Degree with 5 + years experience in Business Planning would be a plus
  • Possess strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to work effectively with peers and senior stakeholders across multiple regions
  • Agile and comfortable with dealing with complex datasets
  • Effective verbal and written presentation and exceptional communication skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter and resilient
  • Strong cognitive ability to design meaningful dashboards to drive key management decisions
