Job Description

Manager- Product (IT Systems and Solutions)Job Description

  • New Product system implementation
  • Post production checks across the applications , manual/ implementation of automated software
  • Review of Product specs, updating on time to time basis based on the Products, system and process requirements
  • Review of all Product system implementation documents - BRS, UAT scenarios, Tracability matrix, executed test packs
  • Review of F&U Listing with all filing documents, and ensure all required system and process controls in place
  • Product project governance by conducting review meetings
  • UAT projects governance with UAT, BA and Ops team
  • Review of Product Reckoner and time-to-time updation on Intranet for support functions
  • Support in handling product/ system queries for all support/sales functions
  • Support in handling any product related audit and product related Compliance or IRDAI queries
  • Document management and version controls across all product implementation documents
Candidate RequirementBachelor s/Master s degree, preferably in Computer Science with 3 years hands-on experience with Life Asia application (LIFE/Asia AS 400 and GROUP/Asia)Overall product knowledge of systems - Along with LA, cross functional system understanding such as TeBT, LA, MymixTeam work /Good interpersonal skills, Co-ordination/negotiation skills,
