Roles and ResponsibilitiesVehicle Leasing system is a new line of business in company started recently covering all 3 customer segments (Business to Customer-B2C, Business to Business-B2B and Business to Business to Employee-B2B2E (Corporates).To manage the leasing system solution we need desired skillset resource.Project Planning and executionCo-ordination with vendors and Status updates to stakeholders Functional and Technical Documentation Mentoring team, coding and reviewing source code developments and configurations of website development, Leasing system etc.Adherence to defined processesEnsuring backend support, source code, appropriate documents, logs and trackers are maintained and available on demand basisHand-on with especially in Vehicle Leasing domain with core operational knowledge.Good experience with Lease Quotation, Purchase, Invoicing, Billing, customer serviceKnowledge of source control tools, portal technologies, Lease Origination, Lease management system.Lease origination-acquisition, Onboarding of the customers. Good experience in application support and development. Project Management & Co-ordination Desired Candidate Profile8 to 10 years IT experience in various software development applications(In-house/outsource), vendor coordination and management, especially in Vehicle Leasing application(Lease Origination and Lease Management),Front end portal Applications. Team management and Project management experience required. Experience in Vehicle Leasing/BFSI domain is added advantageHand-on with Website Technologies (.NET/Java/PHP).Knowledge of Website environment, domain, IIS, Integration tools etc.Project Management & Co-ordinationLOS and LMS applicationsSQL and ORACLE Unified corporate customer portal implementation Strong Communication & Presentation Skill setsProject management / Implementation & ControlNET/Java/PHP Technical knowledge with development experience must.Application System Designing & Architecting Oracle/SQL DatabasesManagerial Skills: team management, scoping, delivery management, team building.Staffing Ability to establish good working relationships with people of diverse cultural and professionalMust have managed a team of 3 to 5 peopleVendor coordination Experience in Mobility/iOS/Android applications. ,
