Job Description

Were hiring for the role of Talent Management Specialist to join our HR team!Key Responsibilities :

  • Performance Management - Setting of KRAs for all functions and ensuring timely performance reviews and performance feedback, increments on yearly basis for HO staff.
  • HR Analytics - Preparing HR reports and Dashboards
  • To manage OD vertical (creation of succession plans, assessment centres, identification of high potential employees, creation of IDPs)
  • Managing entire process of Confirmation, Employee Retention & Exit Process as per business.
  • Supporting line functions on various People issues with proper advice and guidance.(Emphasize on culture building, value demonstration, ethical, practices, people orientation)
  • Update & review exiting policies on timely basis
  • To provide and formulate HR strategies and operational plans aligned to business requirements for acquiring, retaining, motivating, developing and managing the employee relationships
  • Build internal committees to have higher connect with the floor, track the connect through feedback and coverage % should increase.
  • To manage employee engagement for HO.
  • To manage learning and development for HO.
