Job Description

    - Training & development with special focus on functional & behavioral training- Determine learning needs & gaps from various stakeholders & convince departments why we need a Learning Agenda- Design various modes of learning using models & tools himself & with vendors to develop a Learning Culture; design annual training calendar - Create content & modules & conduct various training programs for behavioral training- Analyze impact of training & ensure continuous enhancement of training programs to achieve desired ROI- Initiate new training concepts & customize programs basis business needs - Conduct Fire, Life & Safety training & module development, manage training calendar- Assist in the automation of training function; Maintain training SOP - Conduct monthly training audits at locations to assess training quality & effectiveness for off-roll employees- Deal with external consultants, Training Companies, Automation vendor- Excellent written & verbal communication, good presentation & interpersonal skills; strong personality to convince Business HeadsMBA, 5-8 years experience, 28-32 years of age, Rs. 12-13 lakhs per annumThis job opening was posted long time back.
