Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Greeting of the day!We have an urgent opening For Media Buyer.Designation Media BuyerJob Location - Andheri East.CTC Budget - Upto Rs. 30,000 to 40,000 per month (Depends on experience)Looking for a self-motivated Media Buyer with 3-5 years experience.In this role, you should be an effective negotiator, critical thinker and able to establish trust and build rapport with clients and media professionals.If you are knowledgeable about current media channels and advertising options.Your goal will be to optimize ad exposure and outdo competition while staying within budgets.Responsibilities
    • Completely accountable for the deals from start till implementation
    • Completely hands on with the deal structuring, how to approach negotiations, standard SOPs for the clients etc.
    • Tracking vendor/network efficiency and take corrective actions
    • Independently Structuring Network Deals
    • Build a Great Network-Update relationships
    • Rigorous tracking of deals
    • Data and deal construction / evaluation data along with maintaining deal tracking MIS
    • Sponsorship negotiations and management
    • Help team with market intelligence && structured data which help in structuring better deals
    Requirements and skills
    • Proven experience as Media Buying or similar role; experience in ATL is a must. (TV Buying will be an added advantage)
    • Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
    • Extremely flexible attitude and an ability to read between the lines
    • Interest in following advertising and media trends
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Quick turnaround time && sharp analytical skill
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Attention to detail
    • Critical thinking skills
