I3N was nominated as one of the most active impactinvestors in India by VCCircle in 2016. Designation:Network Lead Location:Mumbai Responsibilities:The lead will be responsible for handling pan - India network operations. Investor Relations: o Connect with potential investors (HNIs , UHNIs , family offices , funds)and onboard them to the network o Manage relations with these investors and increase engagement with themby taking relevant curated deals to investors apart from enterprise showcaseevents , social dinner events , knowledge sessions etc. o Keep updated the marketing collateral materials (one - pager / deck on thenetwork , Members , Entrepreneurs etc.) o Attend and participate in industry conferences and events related tostartup and / or impact investing , representing the network and sourcing highquality investors Deal Flow Management & Showcase events: o Focus on bringing high quality start - ups to the network for investments o In - depth research to track industry trends and newer investment segments o Maintain a pipeline of start - ups and funding updates on the space o Screen enterprises based on sector , team , scalability , financialsustainability and impact. o Work closely with curated enterprises and help them be funding ready.Assist in making collateral documents like investment memos , pitch decks andmock pitches. o Ideate and arrange venues and entire logistics for enterprise showcaseon a quarterly basis Transaction Execution: o Evaluation of business plan and financial model analysis o Engage with enterprise and investors to develop valuation thesis , transaction structure etc. o Manage due diligence and relevant paperwork (term sheet , SHA etc.) fordeal closure Conceptualizing additional revenue streams for the network: o Partnering with foundations , corporates , DFIs , etc. to co - developacceleration / incubation programs P&L Responsibility: o Track receivables , process payments and incoming revenue and updatespreadsheet o Develop budgets and update forecasts and keep track of revenue goals Skillsand Experience: Previous experience with incubators , accelerators , angel networks , startupsor early - stage funds Ability to operate in an unstructured environment Experience in negotiating investments , valuations and investmentterminologies Understanding of term sheet and Shareholders agreement for deal closure Excellent communication and social skills Understanding of investors and general awareness offinancial markets and products Deep understanding and passion for Startups &Venture Capital landscape in India ,
