To ensure back office functions of the organization are conducted in a manner to support operations for smooth functioning.Duties and Responsibilities Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers. Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations. Serves customers by backing-up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Maintain upkeep of the office premises and ensure smooth functioning of all office equipment and assets. Maintain Cash and accounts of the organization Qualifications: Graduate with knowledge of computers. Well versed in Word, Excel, Power Point . Should have good communication skills (both Oral and written).Candidate should be fluent in English.Experience: 1 to 2 years in any organization.
