Job Description

Day to day accounting related to accounts receivable
Vendor payment, fund transfer on the portal
Customer and vendor account reconciliation
Bank reconciliation
Accounting of branch expenses and payments
Providing data for monthly MIS / Accounts with detail analysis of variances for the purpose of internal reporting purpose
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to TDS/TCS etc.
Providing inputs related to Statutory Audit, Internal Audits, assessment etc.
Ensure compliances any accounts & finance related requirements arise from time to time.

Daily collection in bank account from customer,
Gathering details of collection from branches and accounting
Monitor General ledger, and knocking off balances
Monitoring of AR & AP ledgers, reconciliation with parties and knocking off etc.
