Job Description

Opening for Business Development Executive - E commerce Industry - work from officeLocation - Lower ParelJD:

  1. The primary goal for the role is to increase new countries and market places, finding different market places in same country.
  2. Manage e-commerce marketplaces/channels
  3. Manage& create listing of products, cataloguing, descriptions/images, inventory in these marketplaces and other online sales channels
  4. Establish relationships with e-commerce portals POCs
  5. Drive revenue through analysis of sales trends of companys products on marketplaces and other online sales channels
  6. Maintain healthy marketplace account standing
  7. Strong experience in International Business Development, Account Management and Client Relationship Management in e-Commerce and Service verticals.
  8. Business Development Manager will lead categories for marketplace teams, and will need to identify areas of selection expansion, improvement in selection efficiency, top line growth and key projects for the category he/she handles.
  9. Build strong communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan.
  10. Co-ordinate with various internal departments such as sales, photography, operations
  11. Follow up & coordination with Accounts team for tax registration in new countries wherever required.
Education and Experience
  1. Overall 3+ years of experience after post-graduate degree in business development, sales, client management, client acquisition
  2. Specialties include: Account Management & International business development, Global client servicing and relationship management, Project management.
  3. Candidate should have good stakeholder management skills for this level of experience
  4. Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
  5. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
  6. Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce desired; Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage; Prior experience influencing C-level executives is highly desirable.
