Job Description

Opening for Planning Manager - Lower Parel - Leading Textile company - Ecommerce Division - Work from office

  1. Develop growth strategies and plans to scale business globally.
  2. Identifying territory wise difference and preparing strategies accordingly
  3. Work on Inventory Planning, Category, Business growth plan long and short term lesioning & executing the business programs.
  4. Lead long range planning with an eye towards execution and in-market impact
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative ecommerce strategies
  6. Conduct market research, track and compile industry trends and competitive analyses to inform consumer-centric strategies
  7. Leading MIS team
  8. Preparing and analysing business reports
  9. Budgeting (OTB)
  10. Managing Inventories
  11. Report and Business Analysis
  12. Creating SOPs
  13. Managing workflow and maintain control on the same
  14. Defining training needs
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  1. 7+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment, E commerce Industry is preferred
  2. We are looking for candidates that have worked in a highly-demanding environment in which complex modelling and analysis is performed.
  3. Handled multiple markets
  4. Experience in developing e commerce strategies and executing plans to scale businesses across multiple markets
  5. Experience in Managing and growing the team
  6. High aptitude and enthusiasm for problem solving, research, and financial modelling used in support of analyses and prescribed recommendations
  7. Excellent in crafting, presenting and socializing complex ideas, recommendations and insights with an adaptable communication approach necessary to partner with broad stakeholder groups
  8. Detail oriented with a keen eye for process and business improvement opportunities
  9. Demonstrated cross-cultural understanding and intelligence
