Job Location: AndheriExperience :12 to 18 yrs (Real Estate residential high rise projects)Qualification:Civil EngineerPrepare & finalize budgets for residential, commercial, & infrastructure projects through a team of Q.S Engineers .Handle pricing of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), certified final bills, budget updation, & cash flows.Explore value engineering options for the budgeted items, based on inputs from the design team & as per managementrequirements to minimize overall cost.Solve all budget related issues, including quantities finalization for budgets, cost to complete reports for each projectsbased on cost incurred & as per final design drawings.Track budget, Project Cash flows, & Cost to Complete, Cost Appraisal reports as well as the final accounts statements.Overseeing commercial & cost management aspects including identifying new rates, updating the cash flows, finalizingquantities of the project, & submitting monthly payment application on schedule.Interested & suitable one can send their resume on hidden_email
