Job Description

Portfolio Strategy:

  • Custodian of Roche India s overall portfolio strategy
  • Understand how the overall portfolio of Roche is expected to evolve over time, assess the implications on the organization and provide recommendations on the way forward
  • Lead annual portfolio strategy workshops and monthly portfolio prioritization meetings with the leadership team
  • Facilitate the go-to-market decisions for the portfolio based on the relevant internal context of Roche and the market trends
  • Collaborate with members across various functions to build robust business cases for the new products and leverage the analysis to help in prioritization of new launches
  • Identify the critical success factors to ensure a successful launch and estimate the investments required to realize the opportunity
Project Management Office for new launches
  • Project management of the new launches across both pre-launch & post-launch phase
  • Develop the pre & post launch tracking process and ensure its implementation
  • Collaborate with launch squads and key stakeholders to enable smooth execution of launch plans and drive course correction if necessary
  • Act in the capacity of a launch lead for new launches, until the time a cross functional launch teams have been set up
Strategic support for new launches:
  • Setup, rollout and manage a digital governance model for new launches
  • Develop a launch excellence toolkit and continue evolving this based on learnings & experiences of the internal launch teams and best practices adopted by the industry
  • Be a strategic advisor for launch leads and cluster teams
  • Escalate key challenges and opportunities identified if needed, to help accelerate time-to-market for new launches
